Late Payment charge £20

Late collection charge £20 per each additional 15 minutes.

We accept payments via voucher schemes, the government Child tax fund account and bank transfer. To secure a space at Paradise Found you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100, this amount guarantees your paid space at Paradise Found, it does not guarantee your funding acceptance.  Parents should visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to claim and receive a funding code.  Once we confirm your codes eligibility funding will be applied to your child’s booking pattern. Parents are reminded that it is their responsibility to keep their HMRC funding claim up to date in accordance with HMRC’s terms and conditions. Government funding does not cover the cost of meals. Paradise Found provides freshly prepared, balanced meals and snacks each day, designed to meet children’s nutritional, dietary, and allergen needs. In line with the latest Department for Education guidance (September 2025), parents may choose to make alternative arrangements. If you would like more information about our alternative meal options for funded children, or guidance on what can and cannot be included in a packed meal, please speak to Kerry Webb.  Fees are payable on the 1st of each month. Failure to make payment by this date will result in an automatic late payment charge of £20.  Your fees are due on 1st of each month.  Failing to pay your fees on time on two occasions will result in your place being withdrawn. Fees are increased each year in MAY linked to inflation.
